Perhaps replace this with selfing, but for now we're going to close this. We're still looking at non-random mating, but it also includes sexual selection. No problem with allele frequencies changing under those circumstances.

We are losing alleles, but it's because of the mating algorithm, not because of the recombination. We might want to call this epistatic non-random mating or something like that. One haplotype always goes to fixation. Should that be possible?

I don't that NRM is actually modeling non-random mating across two loci, because the results don't make sense; we should not see changes in allele frequency, we should see increase in linkage disequilibrium up to its maximum.
