No further information provided, possibly installation problem. Please try again with current release and in case re-report.

Does this still happen with updated gnustep and current Batmon release? in case, please provide a stacktrace.

the two warnings are not relevant.

which version of BatMon are you using? CVS head? or a release, which?

Please add a stacktrace so I can analyze the error further.

I have Ubuntu 10.04. after running BatMon application in a terminal getting following error:

2010-09-14 17:38:44.457 BatMon[7761] XShm pixmaps not supported by X server.
2010-09-14 17:38:44.457 BatMon[7761] Falling back to normal XImage: s (will be slower).
