Yes, it really works in 2.6.1. Sry filled it based on memories about old 2x version.

I tested trunk r9957 and boswars-2.6.1 but could not reproduce this bug. Start a game in the attached map, with Fog of War enabled and Reveal Map disabled. The cannons fire at the closest power plant, and after it blows up, they cease.

Please say which version of Bos Wars has this bug, and attach a test case that shows it.

Cannon should be able to hit only detected targets.
It makes no sense how player do not see target on radar and at all and still his cannon magically attack it.
Often cannon now works more better as alarm system than combat unit. When cannon firing that means someone is coming. This should not happen.
