On buffers with free contents and some non-allocated lines (like buffer opened with command /color), there is a scroll problem, when scrolling one page down: non-allocated lines (empty on screen) are not properly counted and scroll is not exactly one page down.
Scroll is ok with buffers where all lines are used (like buffer opened by /iset in script iset.pl).
