I can't reproduce this last issue. Did you patch svn version or 0.12.6?

It is better, but the problem is still there. With the file I am about to attach:
1. Delete the reaction arrow
2. undo
3. drag-select the whole reaction
4. Move it
5. Undo

Result:
Another copy of the moiety with electron pair move arrow appears/

When you hit undo, extra copies of molecules overlapping with the old ones will appear.

1. open the attached file
2. delete the electron pair move arrow with the eraser
3. hit ctrl-z

effect:
arrow reappears along with a copy of two molecules it was joining.

expected effect:
no additional, overlapping molecules are created.
