whoops, i didn't notice the version warning message.
Yeah it looks like a newer version of automake is required to build from svn. It is not required to build the tarball though.

I think that's how it's supposed to look. It says the same thing for me.

Hi!

I checked out from svn.

/lordsawar/trunk$ env LANG=C svn info

I missed a configure script or INSTALL.txt and startet with autogen.sh

I always stops like this:

/lordsawar/trunk$ env LANG=C ./autogen.sh
autoreconf: Entering directory `.'

autoreconf: running: aclocal --force -I m4

Please run 'aclocal -I m4' to regenerate the aclocal.m4 file.
You need aclocal from GNU automake 1.9 (or newer) to do this.
Then run 'autoconf' to regenerate the configure file.

You might also want to copy the convenience header file gettext.h
from the /usr/share/gettext directory into your package.
It is a wrapper around <libintl.h> that implements the configure --disable-nls
option.

Press Return to acknowledge the previous two paragraphs.

I guess it is some incompatibility with my automake stuff or so -- but i could not find out, what the problem might be.

Here are some version information from it:
