The scope of this is too limited.

The predefined configurations are unnecessary because this can be achieved by configuring a suitable multi screen fullscreen mode.

List the equalizer modes in the output modes, and provide a configuration dialog via the Preferences menu:

(x) Use Equalizer default configuration
( ) Use this Equalizer server: ____
( ) Use predefined Equalizer configuration:
Two 4:3 screens, left view on first, right view on second
Two 16:9 screens, left view on first, right view on second
<Maybe add more, e.g. allow flipping of one view to support
planar3d.com setups>
( ) Use custom Equalizer configuration file: ____

When switching to Equalizer mode, the GUI player needs to be stopped and the Equalizer player started, preferably at the same position in the media that the GUI player was at.

Also, enable Equalizer by default and require explicit disabling to build Bino without it.
