libuwind is not handling functions compiled with the ((ms_abi))
attribute on (linux) x86-64.

Platform:

linux x86-64
gcc

How to reproduce:

compile libunwind 0.99
untar the attached compressed archive file
edit the Makefile as needed, paying particular
attention to the definition of LIBUNWIND-ROOT-DIR
near the top of the file
run make
run t_repro.

Note the difference in output for the two cases.

f and f_ms_abi differ only in that the latter is adorned
with _attribute_ ((ms_abi)). This causes the compiler
to emit code which saves registers not otherwise saved.

Note this form the output when running t_repro with the
environment UNW_DEBUG_LEVEL set to 1:

>run_cfi_program: Invalid register number 32 in DW_cfa_OFFSET
