FreeType always reorders glyph indices so that glyph index 0 is the undefined glyph, `.notdef'. I've just copied this information to the description of `FT_Get_Glyph_Name' also. Thanks for the report.

However, to make FT_Get_First_Char work as expected, you have to select a proper encoding. For this particular font, FreeType can't synthesize a Unicode encoding, thus it has no other choice than to assign a custom Adobe encoding.

If you call ftview as

ftview -e ADBC 20 font.data

you can see FT_Get_First_Char and friends in action.

On attached font file FT_Get_First_Char (or subsequent calls of FT_Get_Next_Char) returns 0 as charcode and agindex is also 0. But font file contains on glyph index 0 character with name "space". ".notdef" glyph is on position 1 (this may be problem).

Also FT_Get_Glyph_Name with glyph_index 0 works not good (returns ".notdef" not "space").
