I had not but just did so. The latest revision (2225) of the file is still incorrect.

Did you check to see if the header file in the avr-libc repository is already fixed for this?

In WinAVR-20100110 the ICR1 register is incorrectly defined as an 8-bit memory location in iotn167.h. It should be defined thus:

#define ICR1 _SFR_MEM16(0x86)
