Dammit, i forgot to add the description to it...

Basically what I'd like is a macro understood by the parser which produces integer timestamps.

The parser should be able to handle strings like the following ones:

...
test_var1_time = TIME("1 year 10 months 5 hours 12 seconds")
test_var2_time = TIME("2003/10/23 12:34")
...
