Notes were not intended to show up on sales orders since they can be very long and are not necessarily for customer information.

One thought here is to add a summary line that does get published on the sales order while another is to add an option to include the entire note as suggested. I'm not sure when I will get a chance to work on this type of option but I would be happy to get you pointed in the right direction if you want to implement it.

In regards to notes staying around even after running "Create Invoice", you can list notes by changing the find drop down to Time Entries - All. You can search all notes text by going to the advanced tab and putting in something like:

timeentries.notes like "%thingtosearchfor%"

Notes from Time Entry items do not show up in sales orders. Notes are still in Database, under - timeentires - notes. but they disappear once they the entries are added to a Sales Order.

is there a way to add them to the Memo field within Sales Orders?

Thanks for the module!
