/ is now a valid symbol.

The /regex/ syntax being recognized in TXR Lisp is making it difficult to have / as a symbol, which is useful for division. This will be an issue when we get into floating point or rational numbers. It would be good to fix this while maintaining syntax like @{var /regex/} and @/regex/.
