Thanks for testing, and also for the mkvmerge tip!

Patch is applied and pushed; I'm closing this bug now.

I have tested with the fixed version of Bino.
I believe the problem is fixed.

The only comment is that when I change video streams during playback the window size does not change (like it does in mpc) so I assume that video becomes zoomed in or out a bit.
But that's not a problem because switching to fullscreen (which I usually do) fixes it. As it does stop/play.

Here is how to produce two video stream mkv for a test:
take any two usual video files (avi, mpg, mp4, mkv, but not wmv)
use mkvmerge (http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/)
nevermind the audio and different playing time ;)

Thanks for this bug report.

I believe I fixed both problems, but I have no suitable video file to test with, so I cannot be sure.

Would you please test?

I'll attach the current patch to this bug report, and I uploaded a test version of Bino for Windows here:

When I play mkv file with two video streams with different frame sizes (2nd is bigger than 1st) the picture for 2nd stream is mis-centered and cropped.
The examples are attached.

My best guess is that Bino is using 1st stream frame size for playback.

Another thing I have noticed that if I choose second stream when playback is stopped (not paused), the Video dropbox switches back to 1st stream when I press Play. Although Bino plays the stream I actually have chosen. Maybe these two problems are connected.

The same for windowed or fullscreen playback.
The same for Bino for Windows 1.2.1 and 1.3.0.
