I changed the default value for the upvec to None, in which case the rotation matrix will represent a rotation around the vector that is orthogonal to vec1 and vec2.

There are cases where you want to keep some axis of the object parallel to constant direction (e.g. keeping the vertical camera
axis vertical while walking along a path).

For cases where the upvector is not used, we should probably create a separate function, giving a rotationMatrix. By preference with only vector operations (*,+), without computing
an angle first. Maybe we already have such a function somewhere?

I was wondering if the 'upvec' in vectorRotation is really useful? Maybe we could simply use geomtools.rotationAngle to create a rotation matrix for rotating vector vec1 to vec2:

angle,n = rotationAngle(vec1,vec2)
return rotationMatrix(angle[0],n[0])
