It would be useful if you provided how you have built and configured Tiger. Have you configured Tiger with --with-tigerlog option. Do you have manually built Tiger or used a package in some Linux distribution?

If you are using the Debian GNU/Linux packages, the default location of reports is /var/log/tiger/. If there is no report maybe Tiger has never finished successfully in this system. Could you please attach to this bug report the list of files you have under /var/log/tiger/ and under /var/lib/tiger/work?
