Thanks for the screenshot and the additional info, now I understood the problem.

I reproduced the problem on my system and fixed it:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/bino.git/commit/?id=80cf25df649d55e33e39935ab62fc4c0201e8727

Please use the latest version from the git repository to get the fix. Alternatively, I will probably release 1.4.1 soon since we now have a few bug fixes over 1.4.0.

Yes, that was in fullscreen .
I do have the flip/flop option, and when enabled the
picture did sync . But, in fullscreen only .
I did upload the left-right output screen shot .
Hope that it helps .
I should mention that this is from a 2d source .
That would be pertinent I guess :)
Thank you again

OK, that looks bad :)

Is that running fullscreen? Do you have a flip/flop option active under Preferences->Fullscreen Settings?

Otherwise, can you provide the source file or, if that is not possible, provide a screenshot in left-right output format (so that I can get an idea what the scene really looks like)?

Hope the attachment helps . I thought it could've been that
I was using Debian Wheezy, which is still in testing .
But, I ended up with the same results using Windows .
Thanks

I cannot reproduce the problems you are describing; red-blue glasses work fine here.

Note that the colors may always seem a little off, because no two types of anaglyph glasses use the exact same colors. For acceptable quality, use something different, e.g. polarized glasses.

If you are sure you see a bug and not just low quality, please provide a screenshot if possible.

With the Red/Blue conversion from 2D to 3D there are a couple
things that prevent functionality right away . The red seems
okay . But the blue is too dark . You can only see a couple
of lines once in a while . This makes it hard to debug the
other options aswell . Another thing is that I think the
blue is rendering upside down . So, even if the blue darkness
is adjusted, it will still be hard to debug the other options
for this mode . I don't think color adjusting did anything . And
as for the 3d adjusting, it did move them correctly, but I
couldn't tell if it was within correct ranges or not, due to
the blue rendering issue .
