Yes, changing all 3 StrictVersion's to LooseVersion works for me.

I think that we should try LooseVersion. For whatever reason I didn't do that in the first place, since just about everybody likes playing with version strings ;->

On RHEL5, running crmd returns, e.g.
# /usr/libexec/pacemaker/crmd version
CRM Version: 1.1.8-1.el5 (394e906)

and the new checks in crmsh/modules/main.py fail with

WARNING: invalid version number '1.1.8-1.el5'
WARNING: could not get the pacemaker version, bad installation?

On line 297 I have added

vars.pcmk_version = vars.pcmk_version.split("-")[0]

and this seems to fix it for me though I'm unsure if that will play nicely with other version strings.
