Rewrote most part of the classify() function, should fix all known issues.

This is not really a duplicate, thank you for the report, and there is still some bug I am currently fixing in my own tree.

Expect a more stable version before the end of the month.

The bug still occurs for latest version of magic.py.
Re duplicate, note that the error line is different from 3655;
perhaps the bug was fixed for the error line in the 3655 traceback, but not this one.

This is a duplicate of bug 3655, Thomas Mangin's new magic.py should have fixed it.

I was getting the above message shortly after starting up.
I added a `traceback.print_exc()' after that message in file_server.py, restarted, and it showed the following traceback:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/home/pmoulder/wd/circle-savannah/circlelib/file_server.py", line 682, in build_file
information = classify.classifier.information(path)
File "/home/pmoulder/wd/circle-savannah/circlelib/classify.py", line 55, in information
result['generic']=self.magic['linux'].classify(file)
File "/home/pmoulder/wd/circle-savannah/circlelib/magic.py", line 449, in classify
value=ord(extract[0])
IndexError: string index out of range

Seems that the code isn't handling the case where the
file is too short.
