Fixed (feedback is welcome).

When hiding lines and if line on top is now hidden, the scroll will be set on previous line displayed. Sometimes you may need to do alt+end (or /window scroll_bottom) to go to bottom of buffer.

I used this filter:
/filter add irc_join_names * irc_366 *

After the filter, the big list of names when you join a channel is hidden. Then I make it appear with alt+=. I scroll down, and for a very big list, only it is visible. So now alt+= again would make it disappear but it doesn't.
