Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new tab.
2. Run command :reset (usually I do it to drop a filter).
2. Close the new tab with :tab_close. (Got bottom warning: <'dict' object has no attribute 'append'>). Have :tab_restore not working for all new opened-closed tabs untill ranger gets restarted.
