The "correct" way to use shutter glasses is to use the "OpenGL stereo" output option on graphics cards that support it. But since often only the expensive graphics cards support that, this probably does not help you.

You can use the "Left/right alternating" mode instead. This gives the right video outout signal, but you still need a way to trigger your shutter glasses at the right time. There are a few hacks available for some specific types of glasses, but none of them work out of the box.

Unless you are willing to hack a specific device and add support for it to Bino yourself, I'm afraid we can't help you.

Hi,

I just discovered bino3d and I am extremely pleased with it, as it contains lots of features and, more importantly for me, runs on OS X.

I have a feature request, if possible at all that is, referring to the DLP technology. I was wondering if it is possible to emulate the DLP-link syncing method into the player so as to be able to use my computer, along with a pair of DLP-link glasses, to watch 3D. DLP projectors are unfortunately not an option for me at the moment because of the price range, while a pair of shutter glasses are more than affordable.
