I reboot now, return the system normal, haven't changes in machine. I dont understand.

I am closed bug. But, other problem as this open bug.

I can't reproduce this behavior either. All changes I made were persistent in my test environment. Albino, are you sure that your home directory is properly mounted after you log in? Is it accessible for you? (no permission denied errors while you're usesing the shell?)

When I did log out and log in not reset config.

Only when I restart.

I can't reproduce this. On a good as new i386 install I added a widget to the top panel and changed the theme to high contrast. After a reboot the widget was still there and the appearance was still high contrast.

Does it also happen when you log out and log in again?
