For completeness you can also use (anywhere in the file)

% chktex-file 15

to suppress error 15.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I wasn't receiving notifications.

This is a feature. :-) Perhaps I could add a flag to turn off this checking in math mode, but I'm not sure how useful that would be.

In the meantime you can suppress the first warning with a line suppression like

$]0;1[$ % chktex 10

Unfortunately, the second suppression isn't issued until the end of the file, so you have to put it on the last line of the file, e.g.

\end{document} % chktex 15

However, this will suppress all such errors whether they are in math mode or not. It's essentially the same as passing --nowarn 15 (which is also a good option).

ChkTeX may not complain about matching ']' and '[' in math mode.
Example : "$]0;1[$" is correct but get :
- Warning 10: Solo `]' found.
- Warning 15: No match found for `['.
