When I click help->Chat comands (for example) I get en error message "Opening browser failed", which almost always cause the application to freeze

Sugestion: in utility.py line 493, change
os.execlp('gnome-moz-remote','gnome-moz-remote','--newwin',url)
to
os.execlp('mozilla', 'mozilla',url)

It has just ben tested that gnome is not installed/running, you should not use gnome-moz-remote.
