Done: I made something dynamic, so each count is displayed only if supported on server (for op, halfop and voice).

When joining a channel WeeChat will display the nicks and the number of ops/halfops/voices/normals.

Eg: Channel #weechat: 425 nicks (3 ops, 0 halfops, 1 voice, 421 normals)

WeeChat shouldn't be showing the number of halfops on networks that don't support a halfop mode.

Maybe just include the halfops in with the op count to simplify this, instead of displaying it on some networks and not on others.
