The TSLICE range check has been added to the section that
checks for which message pages need to be updated when
messages are added.

Should show up in the next release.

The initial problem was highlighted by Mike Hamilton to the
mailing list in Feb.

The problem is that a message within the range specified by
the TSLICE resource is not updated to reflect a new follow-up.

The TSLICE range check existed for messages that were
auto-removed via one of the expiration resources, but the
range check is missing when new messages are added.
