Add a New Comment Rich Markup
(For local variables, GCC gives "error: 'i' has both 'extern' and initializer".)
The following line causes an error message "error: ';' expected (got "=")". extern int i = 0; (GCC prints "warning: 'i' initialized and declared 'extern' [enabled by default]".)
