Needs more specific info on subframe reporting format before I can implement.

At least some UBX devices have subframe reporting turned off on start. To enable it, a specific sequence needs to be sent:

b5 62 06 01 03 00 02 11 01 1e 68

To disable:

b5 62 06 01 03 00 02 11 00 1d 67

(these messages are generated by t.send("CFG-MSG", 3, {"Class" : ubx.CLIDPAIR["RXM-SFRB"][0] , "MsgID" : ubx.CLIDPAIR["RXM-SFRB"][1] , "Rate" : 1 }) with ubx-utils from (git clone http://lindi.iki.fi/lindi/git/ubx.git/) or https://gitorious.org/gnutoo-s-programs-for-shr/ubx-utils)

Many units come with raw and subframe reporting disabled (needs some "license") but for Antaris 4 chips embedded in openmoko gta02 smartphones a workaround was found (implemented in enable-raw.py from the mentioned utils) but I would expect it to be highly firmware-version specific.

Mostly unrelated but a paper was published about receiving and processing raw RTK data with ublox devices on http://lindi.iki.fi/lindi/tmp/finhack2010-rtklib-lindfors.pdf .
