Sorry, I can't reproduce this bug. Everything seems to work. Possibly the temporary note was deleted by another process(?) or something similar.

If you give invalid input in the KB write note page and press preview and get an error for bad input (e.g. you have ">" in your title/subject), you cannot get back to the edit/form page by pressing OK.

Tested: IE6/Win98.
