Untouched files aren't removed by "quilt refresh", they are removed by "quilt pop" followed by "quilt push".

So if a warning is added, that should be to the pop command rather than (or maybe in addition to) the refresh command IMHO.

When you add a file to a patch and directly refresh the patch, the file is removed from the patch.

Likewise, when the changes to a patch are nullified (the patched version becomes the original version), quilt refresh silently removes the file from the patch.

It would be good if quilt could at least warn the user about the files that are removed from the patch.
