There are a few warnings when compiling Charmap:

CharInspector.m: In function ‘-[CharInspector updateWithPosition:Dictionary:]’:
CharInspector.m:224:11: warning: pointer targets in assignment differ in signedness [-Wpointer-sign]
CharInspector.m:230:11: warning: pointer targets in assignment differ in signedness [-Wpointer-sign]
 Compiling file CJKInspector.m ...
CJKInspector.m: In function ‘-[CJKInspector init]’:
CJKInspector.m:43:13: warning: initialization from distinct Objective-C type [enabled by default]
 Compiling file Controller.m ...
Controller.m: In function ‘-[Controller awakeFromNib]’:
Controller.m:67:13: warning: initialization from distinct Objective-C type [enabled by default]

The attached patch fixes them.
