Is this bug closeable? It looks like you got the answer you were seeking in stackexchange, no?

When emacs iconizes itself, the window is still available in the window list, and it suffices to request to display it using any of the normal window management commands.

By hitting C-z, emacs gui minimizes. When that happens in ratpoison, the emacs window disappears, and ratpoison does not provide any command (AFAIK) to get it back, thus rendering emacs inaccessible.

This could be an issue with other guis that provide a minimize command. While I understand ratpoison is designed not to deal with minimize/maximize, it would be useful to either prevent guis from doing that, or making it possible to recover guis that disappear due to this mismatch between the gui design and the window manager design.
