FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE compiled from CVS as of 03, July 2003
I can compile the stable version release-2-5-3 without a problem

However, I get the following when compiling release-2-5-devel-4

ocamlopt.opt -inline 10 -linkall -o mlnet unix.cmxa str.cmxa -cclib -lz -ccopt "-D_THREAD_SAFE -pthread" -I build build/cdk.cmxa build/common.cmxa build/client.cmxa build/core.cmxa build/driver.cmxa src/daemon/common/commonMain.cmx
src/daemon/common/commonHasher_c.o: In function `hasher_thread':
src/daemon/common/commonHasher_c.o(.text+0x6b2): undefined reference to `tiger_unsafe64_fd_direct'
Error during linking
gmake: *** [mlnet] Error 2

I checked out the sources using:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anoncvs@subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/mldonkey co -rrelease-2-5-devel mldonkey
