fixed. The call to PUTDF() would have had the same problem.

For example:

dp -format "%(clock{text})" 09-Sep-2001

produces 709202855 instead of 1000022400. The patch changes the PUTD() macro to compute the next lowest power of ten.

Note that since PUTD() is signed, this example (which uses unix time) still breaks sometime in early 2038 when the value exceeds 31 bits.
