Sorry I didn't respond to this earlier. Somehow it slipped under my radar.

I definitely don't want to make people name their files a certain way. :) Mostly it was meant as an example of what could be done, so I've removed it.

Here is an example.

I have a file called thesis.tex with the following line:

\import{./}{thesis-intro}

which triggers the following message:

Warning 44 in thesis.tex line 204: User Regex: intro.
\import{./}{thesis-intro}

If I take it right the purpose of the regexp is to avoid "into" and force a user to write "introduction" instead in the text. I am not sure what would be the easiest solution to avoid this problem, but I would assume that you don't want to force to name their files according to some rules :)
