"extern int errno" removed from a dozen or so files.

Nothing says errno has to be an extern int. For example, under FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE, errno.h declares:

__BEGIN_DECLS
int * __error __P((void));
__END_DECLS
#define errno (* __error())
#endif

The fix is to remove all occurances fo "extern int errno;" from the code. Current operating systems will define errno in <errno.h> and older systems will default to "int errno".
