If this is related to the repository at the bumps server: that is a UGent local problem and should probably not be discussed here. But I tried to clone it and all files are there. So either you are dreaming ;) or there is something wrong with your own client installation or you are doing something wrong?

After removing pyformex and checkout the master on the bump in a new folder the py files are disppeared and only the pic files are present
