Its quite related with the amount of servers you have in your server list. If you have just a few hundreds of servers works fine, the lag start about 10k. Probably can be fixed using more threads or pooling... I'll take a look later when the other bugs are fixed.

When i start platero, it seems to be VERY busy for the first 1 or 2 minutes (Athlon 850, 256MByte Ram). The content of the platero-window refreshes and doesn't allow me to work with it. I'm not sure, but i guess it has something to do with the serverlist, maybe you could fix this bug in the next version
