I see the same after 4+ years. Is it fixed at least in Hg? I'd also rose the Severity.
for(int n=0; n<IntBuildingType::NB_BUILDING; ++n) n is used to index defaultFlagRadius[n] which is of size 3 while NB_BUILDING is 13 It used to work well on my old PC and new one reveals this issue by flooding preferences.txt with defaultFlagRadius[0]=10 defaultFlagRadius[1]=4 defaultFlagRadius[2]=3 defaultFlagRadius[3]=16 defaultFlagRadius[4]=120 defaultFlagRadius[5]=3 defaultFlagRadius[6]=3550 defaultFlagRadius[7]=1300 defaultFlagRadius[8]=300 defaultFlagRadius[9]=150 defaultFlagRadius[10]=1 defaultFlagRadius[11]=1 defaultFlagRadius[12]=1277177120 defaultFlagRadius[13]=6525840 defaultFlagRadius[14]=0 defaultFlagRadius[15]=10497472 defaultFlagRadius[16]=0 defaultFlagRadius[17]=10497880 ... etc until program is crashed
