Check added in break_line() of mhtxtplain.pl if quote chars
exceed maxwidth.

Changes checked into CVS.

A work-around to the problem is to not use the maxwidth
option until the next release or replace the installed
mhtxtplain.pl with the version in CVS.

m2h_text_plain::filter goes into an infinite loop (and
eventually a crash due to the consumption of memory) when
the maxwidth option is enabled and there exists a quoted line
where the quote depth is larger than maxwidth.
