There was another report on fullscreen problems with OpenGL stereo, but seems to depend on graphics drivers and I cannot debug it.

Just to add that this happens only when OpenGL stereo output is used. If for example a different output method is used, i.e. anaglyph it switches successfully to full screen.

I am trying to use Bino as an external player for XBMC/Kodi and open a file with the --fullscreen --no-gui option. I see a full screen window momentarily go on full screen but changes quickly back to window mode and i have to press the f button to go full screen and use the OpenGL stereo output properly for Nvidia 3Dvision on my laptop.

I also tried to use a script according to the manual with the toggle-fullscreen directive but does the exact same thing.

Hardware used: Dell XPS laptop with Nvidia GeForce GT555M and built-in 120 Hz monitor.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Attached the script, log files and xml file used for XBMC/Kodi.
