xdelta support has been implemented in arx.2.0,27. Should be in ArX.2.1.0

For example, it would be nice to use xdelta for binary
files. Other diffing methods could be optimized for
different kinds of files (pdf, word, etc.) The delta-method
needs to be specified somewhere, perhaps in the .arch-id
file or tag.

Alternately, we could just use xdelta when diff fails, and
that would solve 90% of the problems. Needs more thought.
