Fixed in package-framework--arx--1.0--patch-446. Should be in ArX-2.0

Right now, all of the patches are gzipped, which has its own
integrity check. This is great, unless what you gzipped is
already messed up, or one gzipped file is replaced by
another. I would propose adding a file which has the SHA256 hashes of all of the files of the entire project tree. It would be patched for each revision. This would eliminate some corner cases.

In addition, we should have a command that does an integrity
check for you. It could either just check that the patches
are all consistent (fast), or it could build the whole tree
and make sure that the hashes match (not so fast).
