Hi again and thanks!

Windows binaries would of course be highly appreciated. I could try to do it myself but my skills as a developer has deteriorated, so it would probably take a week to do it.

I´ll be checking back! Please let me know if I can be of any help, testing new versions or anything else.

Hi Greger,

I have created two new versions of pkextract in version 2.6.7, one for extracting vector datasets (pkextractogr) and one for extracting raster datasets (pkextractimg) from a raster dataset. The new version pkextractogr supports more than a single statistic measure from a single run as you suggests. For instance:
pkextractogr -i raster.tif -s sample.sqlite -r mean -r median -o statistics.sqlite.
I have had no time yet to prepare the windows binaries. Hope to do that in the coming weeks.

Pieter.

Hi!

I've been running pkextract to get statistics from rasters and wonder if there is a way of getting more than one single statistic measure from a single run. That would for example be
-r mean -r median -r perc

Best regards,

Greger
