An exponent's sign was swapped in commit 0e7ff3d causing time reported from Trimble devices to rapidly alternate between the correct time and the far future. Packet 0x41 is parsed correctly while 0x8F-20 multiples a millisecond value by 1000 rather than dividing by 1000.
