readmail::MAILhead_get_disposition() fixed to decode any
non-ASCII encoded data in filename specification.

Fix should be part of v2.5.6 release.

Copied from list post from Arlen.P.Walker:

Given this header information in a message:

--0__=09BBE15ADFF2928D8f9e8a93df938690918c09BBE15ADFF2928D
Content-type: application/pdf;
name="=?iso-8859-1?Q?CT-564.pdf?="
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="=?iso-8859-1?Q?CT-564.pdf?="
Content-transfer-encoding: base64

MHonArc sees the file name, not as CT-564.pdf, but rather as the entire
string present after name.
