GGA pdop is now used in git head.  It only changed one regression, slightly.  Any dop not present is calculated by gpsd from the satellite geometry.  So there was already a pdop, just not the one from the GPS.

gpsd prefers the data from the GPS to its own calculaed data, so this fix makes sens.

Perhaps this is intentional since hdop (and other dops) is available in the GPGSA sentence, but that may not always be an option. Would be nice if all information available in a NMEA sentence were parsed and communicated to the caller/application.
