bug #5437: FORMAIL config.sh value not applied to procmail.mharc

Fri 19 Sep 2003 06:02:19 PM UTC, original submission:   mk-procmailrc does not use the FORMAIL config.sh variable when generating procmailrc.mharc.  Therefore, if formail is not in the default search path, it will generate procmail log errors.
