if you want such a thing, you should invest some time, and explain me the advantage, how to setup .... otherwise it will be refused.

it would make no sense if I was the one to make it available via bittorrent because my machine isn't running 24/7 as well as my internet-connection. when I shutdown my pc the torrent would not be available anymore and all the people would have a broken download.

Why not use the possibility to make Downloads available via the BitTorrent network as well? This would improve download speed and reduce server-load. Red Hat and Mandrake are doing so already.
